This Richard Soan Roofing Services project entailed removing and renewing the existing asphalt covering to approximately 2,050 square metres of car park roof area. The roof area was kept watertight throughout the project, as the two floors below remained in constant use.The specification of works was based on 20mm Permapark Waterproofing, laid in two coats on a fibre glass tissue underlay, and 30mm Permapark Paving laid in one coat with a crimped finish. The work was painted, on completion, with solar reflective paint. Working in conjunction with Radflex, a central expansion joint was supplied.
This contract also included the fitting of safety barriers and the white lining of car parking bays.
