This unusual site in the West End of London is situated on a traffic island in Charing Cross Road. A disused underground toilet had been converted into offices for a leading travel agent. Unfortunately, the client was experiencing problems with water leaking into the offices around the lenscrete lights and decorative mosaic coverings. As a solution, Capital Roofing applied Permapark polymer modified asphalt over the complete surface of the traffic island, which extended to 230 square metres.
