This Briggs Roofing & Cladding project forms part of the new development, which is centred around Paddington Basin. The project involved the tanking of a double docking bay underneath what will be the new corporate headquarters of Marks and Spencer.Three layers of Permanite 1097 tanking grade asphalt were applied and protected by block work. The vertical work was applied to a height of two metres.
The docking bay is on the same level as the property basement, and it has been successfully opened to the Grand Union Canal.
