Knight Asphalte recently completed extensive mastic asphalt works as part of the £52 million redevelopment of the former Harrods Depository, which has one of the most exclusive addresses in London. Permanite polymer modified mastic asphalt was identified as the ideal waterproofing solution for the terraces, roof gardens and car park. The development features luxury apartments, which sold for up to £6 million, and 36,000 square feet of office space.
